Maleea Van Exel is the Broker/Owner of boutique real estate brokerage, Van Excellent Realty, LLC, which specializes in property sales in the Dallas Fort Worth area. She has served the real estate community for more than 17 years. She started her career as a REALTOR® in 2003, then becoming a Broker in 2009. For five years, Maleea served as a Real Estate Specialist for the City of Dallas where she managed and sold vacant foreclosure properties.
Maleea was born in Cleveland, Ohio and has lived across the country but her love for Texas’ culture, arts and architecture motivated her to move to Dallas,TX in 2001. Her intimate experience with living in the Lone Star State, combined with her keen ability to listen to her clients’ wants and needs makes attaining real estate goals for Buyers or Sellers seamless and enjoyable!!
Maleea utilizes her exceptional negotiating skills and has an amazing ability to find creative ways to make things happen. Her positive energy and magnetic personality create relationship focused customer service.
